Uni my first show

A piece of collage work for Donkey Skin, a fairytale I have rewritten and illustrated for a module at uni.

I wrote it as a journal as a way of bringing it up to date and to convey the message it shares with young teenagers today. It tells the story of Sophie and her teddy bear, who escape from a terrible fate and go on a journey of discovery, its a story of loss, grief,bravery and friendship.

Thank crunchie its Friday
Hi had a very busy week, went to the cinema and watched War Horse, it was amazing.  Bryony used to read all Micheal Maporgo's books, it was fantastic to see one made into a film.

Busy at uni as usual lots of drawing and sketching and I got my coloured pencils out, lots of fun.

I was sat on the train on my way home from uni yesterday and did this on my ipad2 shes called sweetie, its loads of fun, would highly recomand the ipad great new apps for painting and sketching.I used Inspire pro.
I have been reading Bryony Drewetts blog, it reviews films books etc related to Cornwall, take a look its Brilliant, I know I am biast as she is my daughter but its really good.

Hello, not been here sorry for that, I have been to Paris,and then had a wonderfull Christmas and newyear celebrations, back to uni next monday so I am busy working on my project. I have been looking at Sandra Dieckman, I think her illustrations are beautifull  take a look
